An existing tile and stone business in Whitefish was in need of larger quarters. A narrow infill site along Baker Avenue had great location, but presented its own problems.
Semi-truck access is provided by a north side recessed loading dock. Warehouse functions are hidden behind a façade of weathered wood and patina metal.
